How does it work?

Our advanced knitting machines are capable of producing a wide range of fabrics using various yarns, including jacquard, jersey, terry, rib, and many more. To ensure high performance and quality, most of our machines are ordered from renowned manufacturers such as Fukuhara (Japan) and Terrot (Germany).

After inspection, the qualified greige fabric will be temporarily stored in warehouse. For each kind of fabrics, we will protect and store it with different way such as packing into a roll or a pile.

We have our own specific partners in dyeing industry. . Here, the fabrics will be dyed according on your pantone color standard and on special requirements, Our technician will develop the lab dip options for your approval. Moving on, our team will compare the lab dips options with the original sample to ensure the accuracy of color.

After the fabric has undergone the dyeing process, it needs to have the excess water squeezed out before proceeding to the next steps. The squeezing of water is an important part of the production process to ensure proper drying and subsequent treatments

Mechanical drying machines can utilize hot air spraying as a no-contact drying method, which helps to preserve the fluffy and plush texture of fabrics, while also complying with rigorous standards for prohibited chemicals commonly used in the textile industry.

When the fabric is after setting process, their physical specification such as shrinkage, fabric width and weight are relatively stable and the fabric surface is relatively flat. At the same time, fabric functional such as waterproof, softness, resin, flame retardant, antistatic, wicking, antibacterial and deodorant can be added.

After the fabric has undergone the drying process, brushing is performed to enhance its surface texture, softness, and appearance. Brushing helps to remove any loose fibers, create a uniform nap or pile, and give the fabric a desirable finish

QC Inspection will make sure All of our fabrics that undergone stenter finishing are conduct all colour fastness tests and check the colour pattern, sizes and quality before packaging and delivery to buyer.
