Am I expected to have prior experience in the apparel manufacturing industry?
Prior experience in the industry is not required. However, we expect management applicants to be genuinely interested in the apparel manufacturing industry as well as the wide range of other related corporate functions. Although not expected, applicants should also have basic knowledge of the industry prior to application as part of their commitment.
Does the subject of my degree affect my chance of becoming a management trainee?
